SAAB is a Swedish premium car manufacturer. In 1978, the SAAB 900 was launched, in time becoming Saab’s best-selling model. In the mid-1980s the new SAAB 9000 model made its appearance. On June 13, 2012, it was announced that a newly formed company called National Electric Vehicle Sweden (Nevs) had bought Saab Automobile’s estate.
According to “Saab United”, the first Nevs Saab 9-3 drove off its pre-production line on September 19, 2013 and became a compact executive car. The 9-3, like most Saabs, remained a front-wheel drive car. The most drastic change from the former generation was the elimination of the hatchback design. The second-generation 9-3 is available as a four-door saloon, an estate (introduced late in 2005, known as the SportWagon, SportCombi or Sport-Hatch depending on the markets), and a two-door convertible. It includes a number of safety features, including innovations such as Saab Active Head Restraints (SAHR II) to reduce whiplash and ReAxs, a passive rear wheel steering design and passive toe-in to help reduce under steer under heavy braking. The 9-3 received some revisions in 2011 for the 2012 model year. Changes were being done in the engine range with an overall reduction in diesel and petrol engine fuel consumption of 12% and 7% respectively.
We are Saab Specialists. Depending on the Saab model and your driving style we apply either an annual service schedule or a simple service schedule. Both schedules include a vehicle check, diagnostic check, oil and filter change, a road test and finally we reset the service interval display. The Annual service schedule includes a comprehensive vehicle check as well as air and fuel filters change along with wash and vacuum as an extra compared to the simple service. In our service workshop we can carry out MOT tests as well as repairs and bodywork.

Terms & Explanations
There are two types of service schedule available and these depend on your driving style:
- Annual Service schedule (For specifications see > Inspection Check list)
- Simple Service schedule (For specifications see > Inspection Check list)
In addition to distance which indicates when a car should undergo service, there is also a time interval which indicates when service should be carried out, irrespective of whether the mileage for the current service is reached. This principle applies to all cars, both with diesel and petrol engines. The service interval is 1 year or max. 15 000 miles, depending on which is reached first.

I took my BMW M5 to GSF for some general cosmetic repairs as after owning the car for the past ten years from new, I have reluctantly decided to sell it. From the outset, the team were on the ball, attentive and very professional. The service advisor, Michelle, is a delight, She is always laughing but never seems to drop the ball. She is also very articulate and has an attention to detail. The main assessor there is a guy called VIP. Clearly very experienced , he missed nothing and knows his cars and each model. From start to finish, GSF provided an excellent experience. Comment relates to service/ MOT of Audi A3. All the staff (including initial call, car pick-up and servicing) were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. As well as this excellent customer service, the price was reasonable and the turnaround quick.

I dropped off my car to have the tracking reset and asked Roberto at GSF to also look at a couple of other issues that were affecting our car. They did all the work efficiently and fixed all the problems. The great news was that they only charged me for the tracking job, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would use GSF again.
GSF did a fantastic repair to my BMW Z4. You would never know that the bumper had been replaced and sprayed to match the existing colour. Great costumer care and the excellent valet was added bonus.

I was recommended this Garage who by a close friend. As new customer they immediately gave me a good feeling of competence and knowledge about my vehicle (Renault). Major server was completed without issue using good quality fluids and they pointed out (and fixed) some safety issues my previous garage had missed. Found this garage to be very helpful and also extremely professional. They did a great job on my Range Rover from a simple service to diagnosing a fault with my alternator. But the best bit of it all is the price competitive and also the labour charge is alot less than any main stream garages plus the work is 100% bang on, so will be using them again for my wife’s Mercedes.
I went to GSF after moving to South Kensington to service my BMW 3-series. The staff were friendly and car-literate. Best of all they tell you when you can have your car back and actually stick to it. Previous experiences with other garages promising it will be ready in one more day etc are just a nightmare. I am going to make GSF my regular garage.
Great service. People were very helpful and polite. The car looked good as new and cost a fraction of what main dealer was quoting. Turnaround time was really quick too.
